Originally from the United Kingdom, Elizabeth leads Fitness Champs Sports Excellence in Dubai, overseeing the day-to-day operations, growth and development of the business across all locations.

With a strong background in sports management, including experience within Premier League Clubs in the UK and the Real Madrid Foundation Academy in Dubai, Elizabeth brings extensive experience in developing and managing sports organisations.

As Country Manager, she is focused on building strong school partnerships, effective operations and administration, team development and an excellent customer experience, ensuring Fitness Champs delivers a professional, well-managed and trusted service for our schools, parents and wider community.

Originally from South Africa, Tegan brings over 10 years of experience in aquatics, combining coaching expertise, leadership, water safety and competitive swimming experience.

An ASCA Level 2 Coach and accomplished open-water swimmer, she has competed internationally in races up to 21km, earning multiple Oceanman podium finishes. Tegan also specialises in adult swimming, leading Adult Learn to Swim and fitness-based sessions for a range of abilities.

As our Assistant Head Coach, Tegan helps lead and develop our coaching and lifeguard teams, driving coaching standards, swimmer development and safety across all of our programmes.

Tegan is committed to delivering the Fitness Champs Singapore coaching methodology, maintaining consistently high standards of coaching and safety while providing a clear development pathway that helps every swimmer build strong technique, confidence and progress through each stage of their swimming journey.
