1. Introduction
Welcome to Fitness Champs. By booking and participating in our swimming lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Indemnity Agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
- Fees are charged per term and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Pro-rated fees may apply for mid-term enrollments
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Safety & Conduct
- Participants must follow all pool rules and instructor guidance
- Parents/guardians must supervise children before and after lessons
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times
- Participants should not attend lessons if unwell
5. Indemnity Agreement
By enrolling in Fitness Champs swimming lessons, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Swimming activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, or in extreme cases, drowning
- You release Fitness Champs, its coaches, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during lessons
- You confirm that the participant is physically fit to participate in swimming activities
- You will disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation
- You consent to emergency medical treatment if required
6. Medical Declaration
Parents/guardians must inform Fitness Champs of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect the participant's ability to safely participate in swimming lessons.
